Delivery and Returns
The turn around times for products are per listing instructions at checkout.
Please note that proof of postage is obtained for all items. If an item does get lost then the royal mail advise that a period of time must pass of 20 days before the item is officially lost. Once this time has passed a replacement item will be sent to you. In no circumstances will personalised items be amended to alternate spellings or requirements if an item is lost.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days after your item arriving to return it for a full refund. We do not however refund or replace or exchange any personalised items. Personalised items where the purchaser has provided incorrect spellings will also not be refunded. Unless they are damaged in transit and we have photographic proof. You as the buyer are responsible for paying postage costs.
Changing mats must be returned unopened from their clear packaging to qualify for a full refund unless damaged.

If you place an order and do not include the requirements we need to process your order, we will email you directly to obtain these details. If however you do not respond to our email we will set a date to cancel your order and refund you in full.
